Why we built APT Fit

Apartment research in Korea often means checking reported transaction prices, floor area, household count, completion year, parking, transit, schools, and hospitals on different websites. APT Fit places these facts on a consistent comparison surface so that users can reduce repetitive early-stage research.

A ranking is not a verdict. Two households can evaluate the same complex differently because commute destinations, school needs, car ownership, and daily routes are different.

What data is compared?

• Recent reported sale and rental transactions based on Ministry of Land data
• Complex details such as household count, parking spaces, and approval year based on K-apt data
• Estimated distance and travel time from a representative complex coordinate to transit, hospitals, and retail facilities
• Official elementary-school catchments and middle-school assignment groups where data is available
• Terrain, airport noise, military-aircraft noise, and other location constraints from public spatial data

What APT Fit does not do

APT Fit is not a real-estate brokerage, appraisal service, law firm, tax adviser, mortgage adviser, or investment-return predictor. It does not promise price appreciation or recommend that a user sign a contract for a particular property.

Before signing, verify the property register, the agent disclosure document, the latest official transaction record, school assignment, and the actual walking or driving route with the relevant authority and in person.

How we operate

We identify data sources and reference dates where possible, label estimates as estimates, and avoid presenting unknown values as confirmed facts. Reported errors are reviewed against the underlying source before correction.
