APT Fit Terms of Use

1. Nature of the service

APT Fit is an information-research tool that shows apartment candidates and supporting comparison data based on user-selected criteria. It is not a listing brokerage, contract agent, appraisal, investment adviser, lender, law firm, or tax adviser.

2. Accuracy and timeliness

Differences can arise from public-source update schedules, corrected reports, name matching, and distance estimates based on representative coordinates. We make reasonable efforts to correct confirmed errors but do not warrant that every value is complete, real-time, or suitable for a specific transaction.

3. User verification

Before a purchase, lease, school transfer, mortgage, or other important decision, users must verify the latest source record, property register, agent disclosure, route, and school information with the relevant authority and professionals.

4. Prohibited use

• Automated requests, attacks, or unauthorized access that disrupt normal operation
• Copying the interface, editorial explanations, or scoring system into another service without permission
• Submitting or distributing material that infringes privacy, copyright, or other rights
• Presenting known errors as verified facts or misrepresenting an affiliation with APT Fit

5. Copyright and source data

Rights and reuse conditions for external source data are governed by each provider. APT Fit’s interface, original explanations, editorial organization, and scoring design may be protected under applicable law. Required source attribution is displayed on methodology and complex-detail pages.

6. Changes and contact

The terms may be revised when service functions, data sources, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be posted with an effective date. These terms are effective September 1, 2026.
