APT Fit Privacy Policy

1. Information we handle

APT Fit does not currently operate member registration, login, payment, or precise-device-location collection. Search choices such as region, budget, floor area, and preferences are processed in the browser to produce comparison results.

If you send an inquiry email, we may process the sender address, message, and supporting error details to reply and correct data. Do not send resident-registration numbers, identity documents, contracts, bank details, or other unnecessary personal information.

2. Google AdSense and advertising technology

APT Fit is preparing to display ads through Google AdSense. When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may set or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses, and device identifiers to deliver ads, control frequency, measure performance, and prevent invalid activity.

Depending on your settings and applicable law, personalized or non-personalized ads may be shown. Google explains how information from partner sites is used in its own documentation.

3. Cookies and consent choices

Cookies are small files that a browser may store for site settings, measurement, and advertising. You can delete or restrict cookies in your browser, although doing so may limit some site functions or ad personalization.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions requiring consent will be offered applicable choices through a Google-provided or Google-certified consent-management platform.

4. Retention and deletion

Inquiry emails and replies are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the inquiry, investigate a correction, or meet a legal retention duty. They are deleted when the purpose is complete or following a valid deletion request, unless the law requires continued retention.

5. Third parties and international processing

APT Fit does not sell personal information received through inquiries. Google advertising services may process data on international infrastructure under Google’s privacy and security terms. External data-source and map links are governed by the privacy policies of their respective operators.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on personal information that you submitted through an inquiry. We may ask for minimal information necessary to confirm that the requester is the person concerned.
